Local Outreach
How much of a difference can one outreach make?
More than you think! We partner with people like you to share Jesus’ love with people around the world. Church In The Son is making a lasting impact in the communities we serve. The local church is the hope of the world. And when we work together, we see The Great Commission happening before our eyes.
The Church in the Son outreach team participates in many local outreaches all over our city!
The outreach team meets on select Saturdays at 9am right here at Church in the Son in our prayer room. After a time of prayer the instructions for the outreach are given out and the team departs for their destination.
Listed below is a brief overview of the planned outreaches. If you would like to participate in any of these outreach events plan to be at the Church in the Son prayer room by 9am on the day of the event.

LOCAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH
A community outreach to the homeless is scheduled for the 4th Saturday of every month at 9am. (Meet at Church In The Son) Check with Rick Johnson for more info.
MOBILE FOOD DROP
Church In The Son, along with the Second Harvest Food Bank, sponsors Mobile Food Drops throughout the year. Check the Church In The Son Events page often for dates.
